1) Hover over the My Matrix tab. Click Saved Searches. You will see a list of all of your imported
saved searches.
2) Click the Contact Name column heading to sort by contact name. [Note: All of your saved
searches that are not attached to a contact will appear first in the list. Scroll down past these.]
3) Click the Saved Search name which appears next to your contact. [Note: There may be more
than one saved search for the same contact. You will need to activate one search at a time.]
4) Double-check the selected criteria for the prospect. If needed, click Criteria to add or change
search items. Otherwise, click the Settings button.
5) Click Turn this Saved Search into an Auto Email.
6) You will be taken to the Auto Email set up screen. (See the next page for further instructions.)
7) Fill out the screen. Click Save when done.
MLS Now says…
- Clients must read the initial email to activate the auto-note process. They will have 30 days from the date it was sent to do this.
- You can attach several searches to the same client. Each search can have a maximum of 250 listing results.
- If your client’s search criteria changes, the listings in the client’s portal will change automatically to match the new criteria.
