In previous versions of Matrix each agent had a cart for each property type and one cart for each contact saved in Matrix.
The Matrix 8.3 upgrade added the option for multiple carts for each of your contacts.
Adding to Cart
You may want to add properties that you are showing into the cart to quickly get back to them while you are at the properties.
- Check the desired properties.
- Click Carts.
- Click the drop-down arrow.
- Select the Customer.
- Click Add to or create a New Cart (you will then be asked to Name the Cart, Assign to Contact, and click Save).
View Cart
- From the Home Page, scroll to the widget My Carts.
- Click the Customer’s Name to view the properties in the cart.
Or, Point to My Matrix and click Carts.
Removing from Cart
You may want to remove properties from carts.
- From the Home Page, scroll to the widget My Carts.
- Click the Customer’s Name to view the properties in the cart.
- Check the properties to remove (or All).
- Click Carts.
- Click Remove Checked.
Or, Point to My Matrix, click Carts, and click the number of listings in the cart to view.
