Auto emails/notifications can be sent from Matrix to customers as soon as there is a new listing, price or status change that meets the criteria saved by the agent. Some agents prefer to be the CONCIERGE and look at the listings first then select to only send those that are best for the customer.
To set up an Auto Email as Concierge:
- Run a search and click the Save button at the bottom of the Click the New Auto Email button.
- Choose the Contact from the drop-down box to select the Contact you want to assign to this search. Click Create a New Contact to add them if they are not yet in Matrix.
- If you want, you can choose BCC: field and click the select box to send yourself a separate
- Fill in the Subject for the new Auto
- In the settings section, check Enable concierge mode. Check Also send me the alert notifications by email.
- Click Save:Go to
- Choose the listings to go to the customer, click Approve Selected.
You will be notified in Matrix at the top right corner in the alarm icon notifications when there are new listings for you to review. Make sure you are reviewing and sending the listings in a timely fashion.
