Custom Display from scratch

Custom single line displays can be created by setting up your choice of columns plus other options.

  1. Mouse over My Matrix tab, click Summary, click Settings, then click Custom Displays.
  2. Select the property type from the drop-down menu.

  3. Click on Add The Build Custom Display window appears.

  4. Enter the Display Name.
  5. Select the fields from the Available Fields 
  6. Click on the Add Remove fields if necessary. Change the order of fields if necessary, by selecting the fields in the Selected Columns box and using the Up and/or Down buttons.
  7. Re-label fields if Select a field in the Selected Columns list and enter a new column label in the Label field (e.g. change # of bedrooms to BD).
  8. Each column has its own default screen pixel width. One-inch screen width equals about 50 pixels. If desired, change the Note: It could take a couple of attempts to obtain the desired width.
  9. Select the Alignment for each field
  10. Click on the Save button when you are done creating this custom This will save the display and take you back to the Manage Custom Displays screen. To finish, click Done.

Editing a Custom Display:

  1. Mouse over the My Matrix tab, click Settings, then click Custom Displays. Click the Custom Display Name that you would like to edit.
  2. Click on “Edit”
  3. Make any changes to the custom display
  4. Click the “Save”

Using your Custom Display:

  1. Run a property
  2. Click on the Display drop down
  3. Click on the name of your custom [Note: Your customized displays will appear at the top of the list with a “my:” prefix in front of the name of the display.]
