Deactivate Contact

It is good practice to keep those customers who are currently working to buy and/or sell a property in the Active section of the Matrix Contacts. Once they are finished buying and/or selling, then move that customer to the Inactive section of the Matrix Contacts.

  1. Point to the My Matrix tab, click

  1. Put a check in the box to the left of the contact’s name that you wish to set as inactive. Next, click on the gray checklist icon (next to the Status box) and select Set Inactive.

* Note: you will not be able to change a Contact to an inactive status if they have an active auto email set up. You must first disable (see tip sheet) any active emails associated with the contact before you can set as inactive.

HOW TO VIEW INACTIVE CONTACTS 

  1. Point to the My Matrix tab, click

  1. Click the drop down arrow in the Status box then select Inactive.
