- Verify your contact information at mlsnow.com by clicking Pay Your DUES. Enter your ID and password and click Edit. Verify and update the phone, webpage and email address and click Update. - Login to Matrix at neohrex.com then click your name (at top right) and click Settings then My Information to setup the following
- Header/Footer - select a template, click Preview, click Save, click Use Custom Photo, click Upload Photo, click Browse, select your picture and
- CMA Header - click Use Custom Photo, click Upload Photo, click Save.
- Email Signature – below your name, add your company, phone number etc and click Save. (Tip Sheet)
- OneHome – click Use Custom Photo, click Upload Photo, click Save.
- If you are on a Team, the Lead Agent can add you to their team by logging into Matrix, click the name (at top right), click Settings, and Team Settings. They will need to enter your license# or ID. Once that is completed, you will login with your ID and password then click your name at the top right and click “Working As …”. (Tip Sheet)
- Register for dotloop by clicking the link on the Matrix Home page under External links and add the MLS Now forms. Free access for up to 10 loops to enter information on forms, email to customer to electronically sign and return. (Tip Sheet)
- Register for RatePlug by clicking the link on the Matrix Home page under External links. Free access for agents to show a mortgage lender’s name, phone, email, mortgage rates and estimated payments (up to three can be recommended to customers). (Tip Sheet)

- Setup IDX Configuration (Brokers only) by clicking My Matrix, Settings and IDX Configuration. Free links to add to your company website – Office Inventory, Search MLS Listings, Agents, Open Houses, or By Map.
