A Public Record Search was added in Matrix in April 2019 for our 32 primary counties. The additional counties are available to search by clicking Realist Tax on the top Matrix Menu.
- Log into Matrix.
- Open Corelogic Matrix, then Point to Search, click Public Record
- Search Criteria Options (keep the search simple):
- Owner Name – enter the exact last name or use the wildcard (asterisk *) to enter a partial name. For Example; hammer* will include results of Hammer, Hammerle, Hammerman, Hammermeister, Hammersmith, Hammerstrom, etc. If there are too many results, add the Owner First Name as the first initial and an asterisk – M*.

- Address – Enter a Street # and a Street Better not to enter the Street Direction, Suffix, etc. If there are too many results, add either the City or Zip Code – not both.
- Street(s) – Enter a Street Name and a Zip Do you want only those that are Owner Occupied, Actively in Foreclosure? Click the More button to add up to 5 streets.
- Radius – Choose a distance (the default is 0.25 miles) then next to that begin entering a starting address. Example 1497 Stone will ask “Did you mean: 1497 Stone Ct, Westlake Ohio 44145”. Click the complete address, view the number of matches then decide if you would like a different number of miles.
- Click Results
- Choose a Display
- To Print these records, click All or select individual records by checking the boxes on the left then click Print from the Actions Menu.
- Select a report(s) then click Print
Note: Set the defaults you use most in your searches by entering the criteria and clicking the gear icon at the top right corner. Click Set current search criteria as default.
