Portal Notification Settings

Agents can choose to get an immediate text or email for the portal activity or a daily summary.

  1. Mouse over My Matrix, Click Settings
  2. Click Portal Notification Settings
  3. Check boxes for preferred notifications or uncheck boxes to stop notifications

  4. If any boxes under "Notify me ASAP via TEXT" are checked, click the message at the bottom of the screen Click here to edit your cellular information.
  5. Enter your 10-digit Mobile Phone Number (no dashes).
  6. Select your Cellular Provider from the

Click Send me a Verification Code.

  1. Check your text messages for a code from postmaster@matrixemailer.com and enter the code in Matrix.
  2. Click Save my cellular information.
  3. Click Save.
