Agents can choose to get an immediate text or email for the portal activity or a daily summary.
- Mouse over My Matrix, Click Settings
- Click Portal Notification Settings
- Check boxes for preferred notifications or uncheck boxes to stop notifications
- If any boxes under "Notify me ASAP via TEXT" are checked, click the message at the bottom of the screen Click here to edit your cellular information.
- Enter your 10-digit Mobile Phone Number (no dashes).
- Select your Cellular Provider from the
Click Send me a Verification Code.
- Check your text messages for a code from postmaster@matrixemailer.com and enter the code in Matrix.
- Click Save my cellular information.
- Click Save.
