Properties should be entered once in Matrix based on the zoning. A property can only be entered more than once if it is zoned more than one way, if it is both for sale and for lease/rent, or if there are different price options for combinations of parcels.
The following Property Types can be entered in Matrix after the seller(s) have signed the Listing Agreement:
Residential*-Single Family & Condominiums
Multi-Family*-Two, Three or Four Units
Land-Zoned Residential* / Farm* / Agriculture*, Industrial, etc
Commercial-Five or more units, Industrial, Retail, etc (Sale & Lease)
Rental-Lease
*Required to be submitted to the MLS within two business days after a fully signed exclusive listing agreement if the property is located in the MLS Now Service Area, or one business day after the property is marketed to the public, whichever comes first (Rule 2.2.1).
Property types without an asterisk, including Commercial and Rental, are optional.
