WHAT TO KNOW:
The Input Sheets for the six property types have been updated adding concessions, removing compensation and correcting issues that didn't match the Matrix screens. Dotloop has those posted in the MLS Now library.
If you use ZipForms, Docusign, or Skyslope, check those platforms for the latest versions.
WHAT TO DO:
- Use the updated versions of input sheets for all listings entered after August 12, 2024.
- The previous versions are no longer available.
- Discard any old hard copies or electronic versions dated before August 2024.
- If you also post these in a dotloop company library, you will need to update to the latest version and remove the obsolete files.
- Updated MLS Now forms (Listing Agreement, Buyer Agreement, Purchase Contract) are now available.
