As an MLS Now member, you have access to several tools and applications included with your membership. Below is a guide to each tool, what it does, and how to access it.
Tools Included with Your MLS Now Membership
Matrix (Core MLS System)
What it does: Matrix is your primary MLS system for searching listings, entering listings, running CMAs, viewing market statistics, and managing contacts.
How to access: Log in at www.MLSNow.com using your MLS Now credentials. Your username and temporary password are provided in your welcome email.
Mobile access: Use the MLS Touch app (free on iOS and Android). Download from the App Store or Google Play, choose Ohio as the state and MLS Now as your MLS, then log in with your Matrix credentials.
Realist Tax (Public Records & Tax Data)
What it does: Search public records and tax data by owner name or address. Includes the Realist Automated Value Model (AVM) for property valuations. You can also view listing and tax data side by side using Agent Full 360 Display.
How to access: Realist is accessed through your dashboard (it is a square tile under quick links on your main screen) or through matrix — it is not a separate login. Once logged into Matrix, click the Realist option in the top menu bar, or use the Tax link from within a listing.
Note: There is no separate Realist app. You must go through Matrix to access Realist.
RealReports (Public Records & Tax Data)
What it does: Search public records and tax data by owner name or address. Generate leads with pro reports. See Owner contact info. Prospect.
How to access: RealReports is accessed through your dashboard (it is a square tile under quick links on your main screen) or through matrix — it is not a separate login.
Note: There is no separate RealReports app. You must go through Matrix or your dashboard to access RealReports.

Showingtime
What it does: Schedule and manage showings, set showing instructions, and receive showing feedback. Available as both a website and a mobile app.
How to access: Visit it by clicking on the Showingtime tile or icon on your dashboard after logging into the MLS. You can download the ShowingTime app as well. Your ShowingTime account is linked to your MLS Now membership.
Supra eKEY (Electronic Lockbox Access)
What it does: Open Supra lockboxes to access properties for showings.
How to access: Download the Supra eKEY app from the App Store or Google Play. You will need to register and activate your eKEY subscription. Affiliate members and unlicensed professionals (photographers, contractors, stagers) can also get eKey access — see the "eKey Access for Affiliate Members" article for details.
CubiCasa (Floor Plan Scanning)
What it does: Create floor plans by scanning properties with your smartphone camera.
How to access: Download the CubiCasa app from the App Store or Google Play. You will need to register your CubiCasa account and add your MLS. See the CubiCasa articles in our Help Center for setup instructions (Registration, Settings, Add MLS).
dotloop (Transaction Management)
What it does: Manage real estate transactions, create and sign documents electronically, and track transaction progress.
How to access: Access dotloop through your MLS Now dashboard after signing in. Again it is a tile under quick links.
Rayse (Transparency Platform)
What it does: Connects you and your client on a journey together so they see every step of the transaction and show your real value.
How to access: Download rayse assistant app on your phone OR click the Rayse tile on your dashboard after logging into MLS Now.
OneHome (Consumer Home Search Portal)
What it does: A consumer-facing home search platform with AI-powered image search. You can invite clients to use OneHome to search for homes and share saved searches.
How to access: Visit www.onehome.com. As an agent, you can connect your OneHome account to your MLS Now profile to manage client portal activity. There is also a tile on your dashboard after signing in called the onehome agent portal.
IDX (Internet Data Exchange)
What it does: Display MLS listings on your personal or brokerage website.
How to access: MLS Now offers two IDX options: Matrix IDX and WebAPI/Trestle. Setup requires configuration with your website provider. See the "IDX Setup: How to Display MLS Listings on Your Website" article for step-by-step instructions.
Saved Searches & Auto Emails
What it does: Set up automatic email alerts for your clients when new listings match their search criteria.
How to access: This is a feature within Matrix. Log into Matrix, run a search with your client's criteria, and click "Save" to create a saved search. You can then convert it to an auto email. See the "Save, Run, and Manage Saved Searches" article for details.
What Is NOT Provided Through MLS Now
The following are common tools or services that MLS Now does not provide or manage. If you have questions about these, please contact the provider directly:
- realtor.com — Listing syndication to realtor.com is handled through your MLS data feed, but MLS Now does not manage your realtor.com profile or advertising. Contact realtor.com directly for account or profile questions.
- Zillow / Trulia / Redfin — These are third-party listing portals not affiliated with MLS Now.
- Lockbox hardware purchases — While MLS Now provides the Supra eKEY app, physical lockbox purchases are handled through Supra directly or your local board/association.
- Website hosting or design — MLS Now provides IDX data feeds, but does not build or host agent websites.
- Forewarn app which Instantly verify the identity of people you are about to meet by searching their phone number. Provides background information to help keep agents safe.from the App Store or Google Play. MLS Now does not offer Forewarn in your membership. Check with your board.
