As noted in our initial notification of your pending violation you have 30 days remaining to have your penalty waived per MLS Now Rules and Guidelines. We wanted to follow up with you to assist with any questions you may have pertaining to the waiver class.
We have noted you have not taken the rules class during this calendar year and you are eligible to exercise that option for this listing violation within 60 days of the original notification of the penalty assessment.
Also, you may only waive one penalty per calendar year. By taking the class and passing this test, you have reached the maximum of 1 penalty waived per year. You will not be eligible to attend a rules class or take the online test again until next year.
You will have 30 days from receipt to view the slideshow, take the test and return it.
