Property Panorama provides free virtual tours (Instaview tours) for every listing (there must be at least 3
photos on the listing). The free virtual tours are added automatically within an hour of listing entry.
You may add a second unbranded tour by doing the following:
1. From the menu bar, click the Input tab.
2. Locate your listing:
| If you are an Agent…click Edit existing to search for the listing, or use the Select a Listing drop-down menu, or type the the MLS#, then click Edit. | If you are Support Staff…click Edit existing to search for the listing, or use the Select an Agent drop-down menu, then the Select a Listing menu beneath that, or type the MLS#, then click Edit. |
3. Click Manage Virtual Tours.
4. Type the URL (web address) in the Virtual Tour box. Click Submit Listing when done.
(Note: If your listing is an INCOMING status listing you will need to click Submit Listing a second time.)
MLS Rules state no agent portfolio information or contact information can be used or displayed in the media / virtual tour function of the Services’ system. Below are examples of virtual tours that do and do not conform to our rules.
NOTE: We have found that members frequently use the Description Field that YouTube provides to type their name, or name of their company. Please remember when loading your video to YouTube you may not use:
(1) your name, your company name
(2) or any links to your website(s), other listings, or branding of any kind.
This link was added correctly. It shows an unbranded URL. After clicking the link, the tour opens and displays the address of the property only.
This example provides an unbranded URL, however, when you click the link
the tour promotes the brokerage and the agent. This example would be in violation.

All virtual tours are purged from the system 10 days after listings are Closed, Expired, or Withdrawn.
