Can't Log In After Receiving Your Wall Certificate

Receiving your wall certificate is an exciting milestone — but if you're having trouble logging in to MLS Now or Matrix after getting it, don't worry. The cause depends on whether you are a brand new member or a returning member who has rejoined. Follow the steps below based on your situation.

Are You a New Member or a Returning Member?

New Member (First Time Logging In)

If you have never had an MLS Now account before, your account may still be in the setup process. Make sure your office submitted a roster change form to membership@mlsnow.com adding you to their roster. If they did you will be added by end of business day. Look for a welcome email from MLS Now that was sent when your membership was activated — it will contain a link to create your password for the first time.

If you cannot find that email:

  • Check your spam or junk mail folder.
  • Contact MLS Now at help@mlsnow.com or 216-485-4100 to have the activation email resent.

Returning Member (Previously Active, Rejoining)

If you were previously an active MLS Now member, left, and are now rejoining after receiving your new wall certificate, your access cannot be restored until your office submits a Roster Change Form officially adding you back to their office roster.

Roster Change Form — What You Need to Know

Before your MLS Now access can be reinstated, your managing broker or office administrator must submit a Roster Change Form on your behalf. You cannot submit this form yourself.

  • Your office will need to complete and submit the Roster Change Form to MLS Now.
  • Once the form is received, MLS Now will process it and restore your access by end of business day.
  • You will be able to log in to both the MLS Now Member Dashboard and Matrix once processing is complete.

If your office has already submitted the form and it is still the same business day, your access should be restored before close of business. If you submitted after hours, it will be processed the next business day.
