How to Switch Dotloop Accounts or Fix Login Issues


If clicking the dotloop link on your MLS NOW homepage keeps taking you to an old or incorrect dotloop account, here's how to fix it:

- Contact dotloop support @ 1 (888) 368-5667 and tell them what is happening so they can "unlink" a wrong account and ensure our Single Sign On (SSO) takes you to the correct account. This is your best option.

## Clear Your Browser's Dotloop Session

1. Log out of dotloop completely
2. Clear your browser cookies for dotloop.com:
  - Chrome: Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data → Cookies
  - Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data → Search "dotloop" → Remove
3. Close your browser completely
4. Reopen and click the dotloop link from MLS NOW homepage
5. Log in with the correct dotloop credentials

## Use Dotloop's Account Switcher

If you have multiple dotloop accounts:
1. Click your profile icon in dotloop (top right)
2. Select "Switch Account"
3. Choose the correct account

- Try using a different browser or incognito/private mode
