Affiliate members, including photographers, contractors, and stagers, do not receive traditional eKey access through their membership. eKey access is typically limited to licensed REALTORS® and appraisers.
However, listing agents can grant temporary access using Single Access Tokens:
If you need a photographer, contractor, stager, or other service provider to access one of your listings, you can provide them with one-time access through the eKEY app using the Single Access Token feature. This allows you to grant specific access to individual properties for a designated time period.
How it works:
- The listing agent grants temporary access through their eKEY app
- Access can be granted for a specific property, date, and time window
- Either the listing agent or the recipient can pay for the access token
- The recipient receives an SMS text with instructions to access the property
Important: You must receive the homeowner's permission before granting access to someone who is not a member of the association/board.
To grant Single Access:
- Open your eKEY app
- Select "My Lockboxes"
- Choose the property lockbox
- Select "Grant Managed Access"
- Enter the recipient's phone number and access details
