Fast Stats (Powered by ShowingTime)
Fast Stats is an interactive monthly market indicators tool powered by ShowingTime. It allows you to generate a detailed PDF report for the entire MLS Now service area or for a specific association.
How to Access Fast Stats
- Go to mlsnow.com/stats/
- Click Fast Stats
- Select your Association from the dropdown (options include the entire MLS Now service area, Akron Cleveland, Lorain County, and others)
- Select a Time Period
- Click View Report to open the PDF

Each Fast Stats report is a comprehensive 14-page PDF covering the following market indicators:

MLS Now Monthly Statistics (PDF Archive)
The MLS Now Stats page also hosts a full archive of monthly statistical PDFs going back to 2024. These are the reports that were traditionally distributed by the board of realtors — now available to access anytime, organized by year and quarter.
How to Access the Monthly PDF Reports
- Go to mlsnow.com/stats/
- Scroll down to the MLS Now Stats section
- Select the year (2024, 2025, or 2026)
- Select the quarter to expand that period
- Click the month and report type you want to download

- MLS Now Overall — the full service area combined
- By County — county-level breakdown for the main MLS Now region
- GMVA By County — Greater Mahoning Valley Area by county
