To change agent profile information (e.g. email address, phone number), you will need to do the
following:
1. Go to now.mlsmatrix.com, and login
2. At the Member Portal screen, click Edit.
3. Enter or change your profile information. When you are done, click the green Update button at
the bottom of the screen.
- Matrix Primary Phone displays on your listings
- Mobile Phone displays on your emails
- Do not include http:// in the website address
Note: There will be a short delay for the system to process and update this information in all places.
