This is a known issue affecting Verizon customers.

 

Verizon is no longer accepting text notifications sent through our system. Text notifications are sent as emails to your phone's MMS address and display on your phone as text messages from NOW@matrixemailer.com.

 

If you are a Verizon customer and are not receiving text notifications, this is a carrier-level restriction and not a problem with your account settings. We are aware of this issue and are working to find an alternative solution.

 

For the time being, we recommend using email notifications as an alternative to stay up to date.
