This is a known issue where the map may not display on the input screen. The good news is that the map not appearing does not prevent you from entering location data.
You can still use the following workarounds:
- Get Lat/Long from Address - Click this button to have the system automatically drop a pin based on the address you entered.
2. Set Lat/Long Manually - Click this button to manually confirm the coordinates. A small pop-up window will appear allowing you to verify and confirm the location.
Both options work normally even when the map is not visible. We are aware of this display issue and are working on a fix.
