Below is a list of all current known issues with MLS Now. Each issue includes a description and any available workarounds.
Issue 1: Text Notifications Not Working on Verizon
Verizon is no longer accepting text notifications sent through our system. Text notifications are sent as emails to your phone's MMS address and display as text messages from NOW@matrixemailer.com. If you are a Verizon customer and are not receiving text notifications, this is a carrier-level restriction and not an account settings issue. We recommend using email notifications as an alternative in the meantime.
Issue 2: Map Not Displaying on Input Screen
The map may not display on the input screen. This does not prevent you from entering location data. You can still use these two workarounds: (1) Get Lat/Long from Address - click this to have the system automatically drop a pin based on the address entered. (2) Set Lat/Long Manually - click this to manually confirm coordinates via a pop-up window. Both options work normally even when the map is not visible. We are working on a fix.
Issue 3: Financial Calculator Not Pulling Property or Contact Info from Finance Tab
Adding property or contact information to financial calculators from the Finance tab is currently not working. This issue will be corrected in the next Matrix upgrade. No action is needed on your part in the meantime.
