No. A fully signed listing agreement must be in place before or at the time a property is submitted to MLS Now. You cannot enter a listing without one.
What the listing agreement must include:
- Express authorization for the broker to submit the listing to MLS Now
- - A list date and a definite, final termination date
- - The full gross list price (unless it is an auction listing)
- - Authorization for MLS Now to request the agreement and any amendments for verification
Submission deadline:
A listing must be filed by the EARLIER of:
- Two business days after a fully signed exclusive listing agreement, OR
- - One day after the property is marketed to the public (yard signs, digital marketing, public-facing websites, multi-brokerage networks, etc.)
If MLS Now requests a copy of the listing agreement, the Participant must provide it within one business day.
Note: Net listings and open listings are NOT accepted by MLS Now.
