Section 13: Changes to Rules and Interpretation
This article contains Section 13 of the MLS Now Rules and Regulations (Rules 13.1–13.3), effective 08/03/2026. The rule text below matches the official MLS Now Rules and Regulations. Terms are defined in Section 12.
13.1 Amendments
The Board may amend these Rules by majority vote; staff may issue non-substantive updates and implementation guidance.
13.2 NAR Mandatory Policies
NAR-mandated changes are automatically incorporated. If a conflict arises with an NAR Mandatory policy, that policy controls and this document is deemed conformed.
13.3 Interpretation
MLS Now has reasonable discretion to interpret these Rules and to issue related policies, implementation guidelines, and appendices.
