Section 13: Changes to Rules and Interpretation
13.1 Amendments: The Board may amend these Rules by majority vote; staff may issue non-substantive updates and implementation guidance.
13.2 NAR Mandatory Policies: NAR-mandated changes are automatically incorporated. If a conflict arises with a NAR Mandatory policy, that policy controls and this document is deemed conformed.
13.3 Interpretation: MLS Now has reasonable discretion to interpret these Rules and to issue related policies, implementation guidelines, and appendices.
