8.1 Ownership of MLS Compilation
MLS Now owns the compilation of listing content in any format in which it is collected and disseminated.
8.2 License Grant by Participants
By submitting listing content, the Participant represents authority to license the content and grants MLS Now a license to include it in the MLS compilation and to use it for all purposes within MLS Now's business purposes. Each Participant agrees to defend and hold MLS Now and other Participants harmless from claims arising from inaccuracy or inadequacy of ownership, license, or title to the submitted content.
8.3 Participant's Own Data Feed
Upon request, MLS Now will provide a RESO-compliant feed of all listing content input by/for that Participant. Delivery charges must reflect actual costs. MLS Now will not limit a Participant's use of their own listing content or an authorized designee's use.
