Section 11: Fees and Suspension
11.1 The MLS establishes dues/fees to be paid by its Subscribers and listed in the MLS Now Fee Schedule. Each Participant is responsible for unpaid dues, fees, and fines otherwise due from their affiliated Subscribers.
11.2 If MLS fees, fines, or other charges remain unpaid by the due date, MLS services may be suspended for the Participant and/or Subscriber after prior notice of at least 30 calendar days of the proposed suspension date, and continue until paid in full.
