The Office Production Report in Matrix is designed to run for one office at a time. This is a Matrix system limitation — it is not an access or permissions issue. If you manage multiple offices and need to see combined production data, there is a simple workaround using Matrix's standard search.
Why the Office Production Report Only Shows One Office
Matrix builds the Office Production Report around a single office selection. There is no option within that report to select multiple offices simultaneously. This applies to all users, regardless of their role or access level.
Workaround: Use a Regular Search Instead
You can pull the same listing data across as many offices as you need by running a standard search in Matrix and filtering by office name or office ID. Here's how:
- Log in to Matrix and go to Search → Residential (or the appropriate property type).
- Locate the Office Name or Office ID field in the search criteria.
- Enter the names or IDs of all the offices you want to include. You can add multiple offices by separating them with a comma or using the multi-select option.
- Set your desired date range and any other filters (status, property type, etc.).
- Run the search to see all listings across those offices.
- From the results, you can export to spreadsheet or generate a statistics report to get production totals.
Tips
- If you know your office IDs, they are faster to enter than full office names and avoid partial-match issues.
- To find an office ID, go to the Roster section in Matrix — office IDs are listed there.
- You can save this search for reuse so you don't have to re-enter your office list each time.
